Thank you for placing a NAPA XcceleratoR Deposit. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be transparent about our deposit refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

•  Customers may request a refund of their deposit as follows:

•  Within 30 days of placing a deposit: Full refund (subject to applicable banking and credit card fees).

•  More than 30 days after placing the deposit but [30 days] before the product is anticipated to ship: 80% refund (subject to applicable banking and credit card fees).

•  After 30 days before the product is anticipated to ship, or the product has shipped: Deposits are non-refundable, except where the product is defective or materially non-conforming or as otherwise required by applicable law.

•  Shipping delays: If product orders do not begin shipping and are delayed more than 60 days from the anticipated shipping date, the customer will have an option for a full refund.

•  Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds are subject to applicable banking and credit card processing fees, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. These fees are imposed by the payment processors and are outside of our control.
